Return & Refund Policy 

At Taboom Toys, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has missing parts

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide the order number and proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (caused by customer misuse)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)


3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos of the product

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you with return instructions


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product out of stock after payment

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI


5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days after approval.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
